For lasting happiness it is critical to have positive messages coming to us to counter the negative distracting messages we are constantly surrounded by, on tv, the news, and the radio, and to overwrite your current unhelpful neural tracks. Tracks and self talk habits that aren’t getting you the results you want.

The very best are the ones you write specifically for countering your individual wounds, beliefs, biases, hurts, or self talk, but that takes time and we are all very similar foundationally. So, I’ve done the work for you. These affirmations come from great sources and from my own work. Enjoy and know that happiness is a choice achieved though conscious direction of your thoughts, and you are choosing happiness vs negativity which is a great start.

Actively listen to this recording of messages for happiness, or play quietly in the background, and feed your brain consciously and subconsciously with positive encouraging words.
