Researcher, author, librarian, and survivor.  Lorna Serafin, MLIS, YRCT, has been learning about brains and mental health for over 15 years since recovering from major depression herself.  Gratefully she shares the tools she uses that make for a joyful life despite despair, abuse, and all the other knocks in life.
